EXCHANGE

Exchange are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect products received due to an error on our part.

All such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team with clear images and order details along with reason for return

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or dislike of the product once delivered.

Items purchased during discounts, offers, or sales are strictly ineligible for return.

Size exchanges are available for eligible products, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact. Reverse Shipment Charges will be applicable for size exchanges

The customer may be responsible for the cost of reverse shipping , and availability of sizes is subject to stock.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

Reverse Shipment Charges

In case of size exchange requests, a reverse shipment fee of up to ₹100 may be charged separately.

Non-Returnable Items

Final Sale: Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.

Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Defects: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement  at no additional cost to you.

Inspection: All returned items are subject to inspection to ensure they meet our return criteria.
